Your expository essay will be “graded” based on similar criterion to that used to grade your other essays this semester. However, it is purely for diagnostic purposes and will NOT be calculated in with your essay grades. 0 Do NOT use outside sources, other readings, a dictionary, a thesaurus, spell—check, a computer (unless you clear it with me first), or friends. 0 Do NOT spend more than 90 minutes on the entire process. 0 Do NOT use white out.
