Locations by clicking on the +. Click on a location. It will open a screen like the one below. You will enter your physical inventory counts on this form. Find your items. If you put your initials in front of each item, they will be easy to find. In the quantity column, enter 1 for each item. For the items you entered in the Tutorial, use 0 for the ending inventory. What this is telling you is that you purchased 5 of each item but after a week of sales, you only have 1 left. In order to manage your costs, you need to know the cost of the items you sold. You will compare the cost of the items sold to the amount of sales you had for the time period. This is done weekly, daily and sometimes hourly by managers. Go to each location and enter an ending inventory of 1 for each of your items. Click Complete in the upper right corner.
