1. Design a 2-bit “comparator” circuit. The inputs are two 2-bit binary numbers A = a1a0 and B = b1b0.
Output G is to be 1 when A > B, output L is to be 1 when A < B, and output E is to be 1 when A = B.
You may use any gates. Show all work and sketch the final circuit.
2. Plot the following functions on a Karnaugh map.(Hint – If the function is not In SOP or POS form, you
should convert it to SOP or POS form before mapping.)
