(EOA) Time Elements of Art Basic visual symbols in the language of Art. Visual building blocks put together to create a work of art. Time (EOA) Time The Element of Art and Cinema that refers to the spatial and temporal movement and connections between elements. Time passage is relative: Spatial Connections: Image wide shot of White House to Image of a close angle on a recognizable detail of the White House. Temporal Connections: Image of Man dropping drink to Image of glass breaking on floor. Logical Connections: WS of White House to shot of President seated in office.
