2. Methods
Avoids falsification –
excuses, changing endpoints, “everyone knows”, “hundreds of years can’t be wrong”
Overreliance on confirmation -
Emotion
Correlation means causation
No scrutiny – no clinical observation or examination
Define selection criteria after population is gathered (the people who have been successful)
