3.0 Theory’s concept Concept in Social Judgement Theory The social judgment theory has a basic idea known as change in a person’s attitude it’s literally a mediate by judgmental processes and subsequent effects which influence or persuade people. If we find variance in people's attitude towards a BMW car for RM500.00, can you imagine the variability when it comes to politics, religion, or even global and cultural issues? That is why social judgment theory is been developed. From the Social Judgment Theory we can identify major assumption which includes attitude structure (Essays,2018). The attitude structure has break down which is known as latitudes. Latitude of acceptance is literally known as a zone which has involvement of a person’s idea, opinions, stands, and beliefs this enables to perceive as acceptable which make sense that they could influence another person’s view point, beliefs or opinions on an issue or matter.
