Guided Analysis: Suffering Worksheet Name: Nino Flores Course: CWV-101 Date: 3 May 20 Instructor: Matthew Hampton Address the following questions, responding to each one directly below the question. Your total word count (including all questions and answers combined) should be between 900-1150 words. Include a reference page. Describe a time when you experienced a significant period of suffering. How did you deal with that experience? How did you find comfort in the midst of suffering? Two years ago, I tore my ACL and meniscus at the same time and needed surgery. I could not walk without my crutches and it was very hard for me to move and do things. I had very little help and had to do things on my own while I was on crutches. After getting a surgery, I was in pain for almost two weeks and the pain reliever that they gave me barely works. I was in bed most of the time and only had help for a week and a half. Half of the time I wanted to cry because of the pain I endured. I slept most of the time so I do not have to feel the pain. I talked to my family on facetime a lot for comfort since they live on a different state. I am in the military so it is harder for me to see my family during the time I was in pain.
