Five aspects of physical fitness: a. cardiorespiratory endurance-doing tasks without over taxing the heart and lungs. b. muscular strength-the ability to exert force in a single try. c. muscular endurance-the ability to repeat movements or to hold a position for a long time without tiring. d. flexibility-the ability to move a joint through its full range of motion. e. body composition-the proportion of the body made of muscle compared to fat. 2. The benefits of aerobic exercise are it improves cardiorespiratory and helps turn body fat into muscle. 3. The benefits of weight training, calisthenics, and stretching are to help increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility. 4. The results of irregular sleep habits are fatigue, inefficiency, and irritability. 5. Drug abuse is the nonmedicinal use of a drug resulting in physical, emotional, or, mental harm to one’s self. 6.
