Abdullah Abahussain Second draft Why Ethics? A long time ago, when human found himself in earth, he began his journey to discover the universe around him. Since that time, millions of discoveries, theories, hypotheses and applications have been evolved in every field, contributing to life in many areas. However, having this enormous amount of knowledge may not be enough to develop a better planet for humans; People, especially engineers, are seeking, relying on that knowledge, for a better environment, a better economic, and a better life for them, But they haven’t taken into consideration the contribution of ethics, which have an important affect, Improving their work environments, and their communities as well. A few years ago, lacking ethics have been considered as a major cause of disasters, and that have raised the obligation that ethics should be taught in our education systems.
