The information revolution did allow for new talents to emerge due its more receiving environment, so people were more likely to change things because it would require less work. This is why I think that Reformation is more likely. However both are going to happen but Reformation is more likely. Due to the fact that during the dot com boom, we really just had a reformation of technology, nothing really new technology just a reformation of new technology. Therefore in the past it was a bunch of reformations that caused the renaissance. This is also why I think that Reformation is more likely than Renaissance after an Information Revolution....
