Two firms that have similar problems are Nokia and Motorola. Both trying to stay competitive in the world of cell phones Nokia is located in Europe. Motorola been having some significant problems in cellphone market and has been for some period of time. Motorola have lost its motivation to innovate. Nokia have all moved on, competing with Motorola and offering new enticing products to have built market share.
