Management 2 The four paragraphs will discuss the four function of management. They are planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Planning is no matter what you do, you have to plan it all out first. You have to set some goals and see how you going to reach them. You have to decide how much money or time you will invest to your business. Also you have to decide how many people you will employ. Organizing is that you have to organize yourself to reach to the goals that you planned. Then you have to start gathering the things you need. You also need to decide who would do what and prepare everything so you can begin to work. Leading is that you can start leading people to your goals. You need to motivate your workers and yourself as well, to reach your goals. You need to assign jobs to people and make sure things are working out. Also make sure the workers communicating with each other.
