Methods for discounting and compounding cash flows and for project evaluation and selection are studied. Tax impacts of depreciation and interest charges are incorporated into decision rules. Other topics covered include: lease analysis, replacement decisions, sensitivity and break even analysis, inflation impacts and public sector project analysis.
