Scenario 1 Ms. Green has come by the pharmacy to pick up her medication. When she came by to pick up her medication, I was not on duty at the time. After Ms. Green returned home from the pharmacy, she noticed the medication looks entirely different from the pills she has previously taken. Ms. Green has come back into the pharmacy afraid to take her medication because she is thinking she has the wrong medication. She is upset and afraid that she could have taken the incorrect pills. I am going to reassure her that the medication she has received is the same medication that she received last month however, it just looks different.
