AUBG Portfolio Game – Online Trading Simulator IPM Course Instructor: Prof Miroslav Mateev Game Administrator: Konstantin Ivanov Brief Description and Rules: The game is supported by Investopedia.com website and is limited to the members of the IPM course at AUBG. The game is active from January 17 until April 17, 2011. It represents a portfolio with $100,000 initial value and gives the rights to buy stocks, trade with options, and short sell stocks. Following are the basic rules of trading allowed in the simulator: Daily Volume Rule - Trades cannot exceed a certain percentage of volume for the day. The default value is 10% and this applies to both stocks and options. This prevents a thinly-traded stock from being traded in the simulator when it can't be traded in the actual markets. Quick Sell Rule - You cannot sell a security within a certain time period to reflect the fact that we are working with delayed data. The default value is 15 minutes.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
