ABSTRACTCooperatives are great organizations that potentially uplift the lives ofmany individuals especially in achieving their socio-economic needs and goals.This study was conducted to determine the extent of attainment of cooperativeobjectives and the level of performance of Cooperative A. Furthermore, this studywas conducted to determine whether the extent of attainment of cooperativeobjectives significantly affect the level of performance of Cooperative A. Theresearcher utilized the descriptive correlation research design using a survey–questionnaireto gather the necessary information from eighty (80) respondents.The researchersused the Pearson product-moment correlation in determiningwhether there is a significant relationship between attainment of objectives andlevel of performance of the officers in performing their management functionsand the financial operations.
