ABSTRACT
Cooperatives are great organizations that potentially uplift the lives of
many individuals especially in achieving their socio-economic needs and goals.
This study was conducted to determine the extent of attainment of cooperative
objectives and the level of performance of Cooperative A. Furthermore, this study
was conducted to determine whether the extent of attainment of cooperative
objectives significantly affect the level of performance of Cooperative A. The
researcher utilized the descriptive correlation research design using a survey–
questionnaire
to gather the necessary information from eighty (80) respondents.
The researchers
used the Pearson product-moment correlation in determining
whether there is a significant relationship between attainment of objectives and
level of performance of the officers in performing their management functions
and the financial operations. Findings have shown that Cooperative A extensively
