I think the way that power is distributed is fine. I think that since the U.S. Constitution is supreme law over all other law set by state, county, and cities that this is a good thing. This way laws can vary from state to state and from county to county, but they cannot conflict with the U.S. Constitution. I don’t think this will affect or should affect the criminal justice system. The same thing is going on with the Federal Bureau of Investigations (F.B.I.) stepping in on a murder case that a state is investigating. If the government organizations and state organizations could come together and help each other rather than working independently, the criminal justice system would work a lot better....
