There is no page limit, but anything less than 10 pages will be considered suspect. A feasibility analysis has four separate components: 1. Product Feasibility – To conduct a fesibility analysis, you must survey around 15 individuals. You must write up a concept statement that these individuals will read and it and can include a graphical depiction of your product. You will then proceed to analyze your concept test and buying intentions survey and explain them in this section. All the questions that need to be included in these sections can be found in the class slides. Remember, you need to talk to potential customers and individuals knowledgeable of the market. If you are unsure which of the ideas to pursue, you should conduct two surveys to help you decide. a. Product/Service Desirability b. Product/Service Demand 2. Industry/Market Feasibility – In this section, you determine if the industry your business is in is attractive. a.
