This can also be a conditioning drill.Grade level: 9th and aboveEquipment: Basketball, basket A throws ball into backboard so that it rebounds on the other side. A then goes to other side. B rebounds using correct technique and then returns ball off backboard to other side, B then goes to other side. C rebounds and continues drill like the other players. Stress good rebounding technique. Also, they need to throw basketball strongly aginst the backboard off the far corner of the box on the backboard so that it does not hit the rim. You can do this drill with more students by making A, B, & C into lines of students.
