Unformatted text preview: passed many laws establishing standards for students, and educational institutes are supposed to meet these requirements (Ganly, 2007.) These laws have provided teachers and schools government funds and programs to each students capability to learn and excel academically. When I become a teacher I would make sure to take full advantage to any and all programs and funds that would be made available to me. I would also become more acquainted with my students and get to know their personalities and establish a relationship with them; trust can be key and an advantage to helping economically disadvantage students become more capable of learning the curriculum.
