This article talks about the effects of globalization in which American culture is being exported and the melding of one culture is taking place. Also the fact that culture is no longer “protected” and countries are just taking the American culture and just adding a twist, causes concern. This source appears to state a logical, sound argument and on that is reliable. However, it is obvious that the source is trying to argue the point that American culture is reaching where no culture before has and poses the question of: in a thousand years, who will be remembered ancient Greece’s Plato or America’s Walt Disney?
