Writer explores a topic by writing for a predetermined amount of time without stopping, even if it means repeating the same ideas. The third technique is brainstorming. It can be done alone or in a group and uses free association to write down anything which come from the mind about the given topic. The fourth technique is clustering. It likes a mind map to organize the ideas which come from writer’s mind. It can help writers to connect topic to related details or ideas. The last one is outlining.
