EE 311 Electronic Devices and Circuits II (Required) Syllabus Prepared for ABET 2008 Visit See Course Information Folder Catalog Course Description: 1.Differential and multistage amplifiers with bipolar junction transistors (BJT) and field-effect transistors (FET). 2.Biasing in integrated circuits and active loads. 3.Frequency response of common-emitter (common-source), common-base (common- gate), common-collector (common-drain) single BJT (FET) stages. 4.Frequency response of differential-pair, cascode, and multistage circuits. Selection of coupling and bypass capacitors. 5.Analog integrated circuits. Metal-Oxide- Semiconductor (MOS) digital circuits with emphasis on CMOS. Prerequisite(s): EE 310
