The fundamental discoveries are that I have exceptional relational abilities, Team management skills, critical thinking aptitudes, yet I am bad at managing the stressful conditions. Additionally, it has broken down that this course helped me a great deal to build up my counseling aptitudes in a compelling way. Generally, the services of consultants are paid because they specialize in providing advice that helps the enterprises to solve their issues and maintain their standard in this competitive era. The profession of consulting is increasing its demand due to the high competition and challenges that are faced by the business for survival. Various qualities are the demand of competent and reliable Consultant like having excellent leadership skills, communication skills, team management skills, critical thinking skills, decision-making skills, cooperative skills ( Ko, Kirsch & King, 2005) This paper will evaluate my abilities, which are required to turn into the specialist with the assistance of the mindtools appraisal instrument. Likewise, it will give the survey about my counseling course previously, then after the fact. It will suggest improving my abilities wherein I got fewer scores; at long last, the conclusion will be drawn.
