Problems such as poor communication, unclear policies, and non- physical visit for inventories raise the red flag in the company. In order to make the company’s operations more efficiently, consultant suggests establishing a clear communication, encouraging cooperative workers, and reinforcing corporate policy to remedy these problems. Establish clear communication between each division In order to eliminate the problem repeatedly order from the same supplier, it requires a clear communication between each division. So that it will make the company more profitable while using the least resources. On top of that, expanding the communication department and enforcing rapid phone calls or conferences inside and outside of each department is also necessary. However, rapid phone calls
