Unformatted text preview: to break out of the pattern that people has put minorities in. I have learned something new and I now have a better understanding about my cultural history. Many Hispanics struggle in America facing stereotypes, poverty, and racism. I believe that in the future we will be more assimilated and there will be less racism in America. The minority groups in America will be more successful and start to feel more equal among the other groups. America can be better prepared for the future by educating minorities in crime prevention and by raising the quality of education in urban areas. Currently, minority students living in urban areas attend some of the poorest performing schools in the nation. By paying high performing teachers more money to teach in urban areas states could raise the education level by investing into the education of minority students....
