Total Calories Expended from Leisure Time Physical Activity The number of calories from my leisure time physical activity totaled 1680 calories. This falls in the last category of individuals who burn 500 and more calories from leisure activity. This range of calories is typical of a very active person and this is true because I am an active bodybuilder. By continuing to exercise as much as I do, I will receive many health benefits. However, I need to consume an adequate amount of food and beverages to prevent weight loss over time. Physical Activity Score and Assessment I received a physical activity score of 100 out of 100, and my assessment results were good. The score and assessment implies that I meet the recommendation for physical activity that is needed to achieve health benefits. The amount of physical activity I am performing allows be to be healthy and grow properly. Some recommendations are performing more vigorous activity a couple times per week and limiting the time I spend
