Then he handled the frustration of an ankle injury that forced him to sit out four games in the middle of his senior season at Georgia Tech. Then he rode the emotional high and low of an upset of No. 3 Miami and his fourth and final loss to Georgia. But one more huge challenge faced Henderson, and he started tackling it the Monday after the Georgia game. It was called "operations management," the toughest course Henderson had to fight through on his way to his management degree. He met with a teaching assistant two hours a day every day for two weeks, going over everything that could appear on the final exam.
