Deliberate -intentional  Planned-different level of intention, complex(goals, objectives, etc)  Performance (results)- did you accomplish what you said you would?  Public interest ethical PR is in the interest of public  Two-way communication- it is a conversation btwn organization and public; a dialogue  Management function strategic, not just tactical  Relationships and issues- building relationship with public and managing issues. A conservative savings and loan institution in business for 50 years $30 million in assets up from $10 million just a few years ago I dont really know what PR is, but we want it!
