Temperature controlled water baths with circulating heaters 3 Ea. Rings stands 1 Air pressure regulator 1 Dririte desiccant unit 1 Allborg dual tube flow meter with needle valves 2 Diffusion manifolds 12 diffusion tubes 1 Gaertner Scientific cathetometer Assorted Tygon tubing Misc. ½ “ Aluminum rod and clamps 1. The baths should be set up on the large benches on the riser platforms. Mount the circulating heaters on the ends towards the rear of the rectangular baths, or to the rear of the round baths. Plug these units into a power strip equipped with a circuit breaker rated at 15 Amps. Prior to energizing the circulators fill the baths to within about 3 inches of the top with DI (de-ionized) water. DI water is available from the outlet near the back door to the lab next to the green/yellow fiberglass cylinders. USE ONLY DI water in the
