MBTI lab receipt – Union Bookstore OBJECTIVE OF COURSE: Our objective is to help you better understand yourself as a leader and what it means to lead others. STRUCTURE OF COURSE: We will rely on readings, class discussions, exercises, and projects to help us better understand course concepts. ATTENDANCE: I will take roll every class, beginning August 22. Much of what we learn will depend upon what transpires during class; thus attendance is a must. You will be considered absent if you are not in class when I take roll – the first thing every class. If you are going to be late, you must consult with me prior to the class (voice and e-mail messages are acceptable) for me to consider approving your tardiness. Absences will be excused at my discretion and only if you have a valid reason for missing class and you inform me prior to the absence. The following reward system will be used to evaluate your attendance: Zero absences +10 points 1 absence +5 points 2 absences +0 points 3+ absences -5 points/absence, retroactive PARTICIPATION:

This is comprised of two areas. One is the evaluation by your team members of your contribution on the team project. You will download the peer evaluation form from our D2L page and then post the completed form in the Dropbox on our D2L page. You will make an assessment of your teammates right after the due date for the project updates and once you have turned in the project. Your individual score on the team assignment may be adjusted based on the assessment made by your teammates.
