OBJECTIVE OF COURSE:
Our objective is to help you better understand yourself as a leader and what it means to lead others.
STRUCTURE OF COURSE:
We will rely on readings, class discussions, exercises, and projects to help us better understand course concepts.
I will take roll every class, beginning August 22.
Much of what we learn will depend upon what transpires during
class; thus attendance is a must.
You will be considered absent if you are not in class when I take roll – the first
thing every class.
If you are going to be late, you must consult with me prior to the class (voice and e-mail messages
are acceptable) for me to consider
approving your tardiness. Absences will be excused at my discretion and only if
you have a valid reason for missing class and you inform me prior to the absence.
The following reward system will
be used to evaluate your attendance:
