W So, PAS should be allowed. o Lets say Siegmanns best friend had a terrible week (got fired from his job, got into a fight with his wife, etc.) & decides to end his life, sets up a rope in his room. Would Siegmann stop him? Yes, he could be only temporarily be upset & might see things more clearly tomorrow....
