Reflection Paper #3 Social media is an addiction that you do not realize you have until it is taken away. While in quarantine, social media has become one of my largest habits by far. Social media has intertwined its way into my schedule throughout the day at any moment that I get free time. In quarantine all you have is free time, therefore social media has consumed the majority of my time until I completed this task that needed to be done for this paper. Quitting social media for a week, this affected my life but in a great way. If I had to describe my social media use before we went into quarantine I would say that I hardly use it and it does not consume my day in a large portion. However, as I explained during quarantine social media has consumed the majority of my days ultimately because I have run out of things to do with my time. Quitting social media for a week allowed me to regain my sense of purpose. I have
