Non For Profit Organization Introduction. The factions of their, Nonprofit making Organizations, characteristics define nonprofit making Organizations and natural forms that differ from other profit-making ones, whether government-oriented or private (Worth, 2020). Their diversity expands to the horizons of their governance, leadership, means, and mechanisms of raising funds selected service. Lastly, the motive of the belief that holds or rather stirs and drives the bond among the team in the society (Hopkins, 2017). These behaviors differ from how the governments and other business operations, hence their name-Nonprofit organizations. These organizations, nonprofit, are subject to the provision of societal, most needed essential in environments where both the market and governments have failed to provide goods and services (Worth, 2020). It simply defies the notion that, even though registered as a separate entity as does other income-generating, there is a return of some monetary gain to benefit the faction of trade as it appears in a market. The business concept is that as the seller gains the financial reward, the buyer of the product gains the product (Ritola, 2016). Hence it can be easily stated that Not for profit organization defies the aspect of demand and supply for monetary gains. For example, the Red Cross society gains no income from the community unto which they serve globally. They also earn their finances from donations and government grants (Worth, 2020). Thus it can be easily said that nonprofit organizations are service-oriented based on social capital.

Question 1. Social capital is the networking of a group of persons who share universal norms, beliefs, and have objectives to a common agenda (Denhardt, 2016). It is the actual faction of people who share a particular knowledge-based on trust in a society, coming together to achieve a specific objective that impacts the community at large (Hopkins, 2017). Nonprofit organizations have the role of providing critical services to the vast society, whether local or global, as argued by These products, provided by nonprofit making organizations, are based on a group of persons who contain certain beliefs and of a common mind-based the need at hand (Denhardt, 2016). For example, Miriam's Kitchen, a nonprofit organization based in Washington-D.C., believes in providing food and shelter to the vulnerable. This organization is funded by charitable acts to achieve its objectives of service delivery. The charities, which might be in the form of finances or food, are managed by people who believe in the conventional notion of provision for food and shelter as they are human needs. The same services and products are also provided due to the failure of governments and markets to offer them, based on particular economist theory.
