Its not only a requirement for survival its a requirement for success! Survey Results We surveyed many managers from multiple branches of Abercrombie & Fitch including some of you, and these are the results: 73% of Abercrombie & Fitch managers scored in the Traditional category (40-69) What is Traditional? Tr aditional: 40 to 69 Traditional are aware of their prejudices, and that their behavior may offend some people. Nevertheless, they continue with derogatory jokes, comments, and actions and act as though laws and the organizations values do not apply to them. If you fall in this category, not only is it likely that your behavior is damaging workplace productivity, but it could bring legal implications as well. People in this category often bring legal implications as well....
