BWE: Business Problem Analysis STEP I: In groups of 3-4, read your business problem article. The group should discuss the problem using the criteria below. STEP II: Write some brief answers to I-V, the 5 P’s. Using proper memo format ( see Chap 8!), have someone in your group write a memo numbering your answers to the 5 P’s, and address and send it to the professor. This is a group assignment so one paper per group. Keep your audience in mind as you write. STEP III: Choose someone from the group to present the problem to the class (be sure to give enough background information!) and read the answers to the 5 P’s your group has come up with. I: PROBLEM: Give a description of the problem? Would others easily regard it as a problem? (why or why not?) How can you fully describe this problem to others? Even if the article concentrates on the solution rather than the problem you should be able to infer the problem from the article. II: PEOPLE:
