Stephanie Pham K. Napoleon 20 TH  Century History October 1, 2009 Structured Essay-  After World War I, peace negotiations were difficult because of differences between the  Allied Powers, primarily because each country had their objectives and goals that they wanted  to obtain relating to post war Europe. For France, it seemed like its only desire was to punish  Germany as harshly as possible, which is best seen in its action, as well as in the  disagreements between it and Britain. Its policy towards Germany in the period 1920-1923 was  “revengeful and short sighted” to a good extent militarily, economically, and politically. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
