Boas 1 William Boas Dr. Curme BUS 251 19 September 2011 Career Fair Reflection I was encouraged with the overall outcome of Career Fair this past Wednesday. While I was there for only a short time due to my class schedule, I definitely made positive strides that will propel me to greener pastures in the future. This was not my first time attending Career Fair. Last year I attended as a first year with the intent of taking in the atmosphere and talking with recruiters about what I should expect when I attend in the coming years. Attending last year really helped me in preparing for this year because I knew exactly how the process works. After doing research on the internet for internship opportunities in Cleveland, I talked with recruiters from Crowe Horwath LLP, Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, and Key Bank. My experiences this year at Career Fair will allow me to excel at them in the coming years. I gained the most experience talking to company recruiters. Last year I attended to get my feet wet and to establish a solid background of what Career Fair was and how it works.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

I cannot even describe how much Course Hero helped me this summer. It’s truly become something I can always rely on and help me. In the end, I was not only able to survive summer classes, but I was able to thrive thanks to Course Hero.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
