2 Running Head: Differentiated Instruction Essay Through my own observations, I have noticed that educators are constantly trying to find ways toward the innovation of learning in the classroom. Indeed, teachers develop lesson plans full of instructions to meet and also challenge each students interest, needs and disabilities, if any. Differentiated instruction can be challenging for many teachers because they have to prepare lessons that meet learning criteria for each student; not all students learn the same way, each child has a different self-development, learning style and way of comprehending subjects. Differentiated instruction for a second-grade class is imperative since students at this age are faced with more complex school material and they tend to frustrate. Therefore, in my classroom, I will incorporate different learning stations without mandatory rotation, Math EdTech, the grouping of students which share the same learning style, providing end of class journaling, and I will analyze my differentiated instruction strategy every day. Differentiated instruction can merely be defined as the variety of strategies that instructors might use to reach and encounter the difficulties in learning that students face notwithstanding their diverse learning capabilities.
