CD206 BUSINESS PROGRAMMING (Tutorial 2) – L2 and L3 1- Differentiate between the low and high-level programming languages. High-level languages , usually machine independent , are those with strong abstraction from the details of the computer. Low-level languages , usually machine dependent , are those that provides little or no abstraction from a computer’s instruction set architecture. 2- Briefly explain the Program Development Cycle. - Analyze: Define the problem. - Design: Plan the solution to the problem. - Choose the interface: Select the objects (text boxes, buttons, etc.). - Code: Translate the flowchart / algorithm / pseudocode(for human) into a series of instructions. - Test and debug: Locate and remove any errors in the program. - Complete the documentation: Organize all the materials that describe the program. 3- Differentiate between Algorithm and pseudocode.
