The HR Consultant will partner with broader HR team resources to successfully execute and act as project lead on HR initiatives related to Employee Relations, Management Development, Progressive Discipline, Performance Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. The HR Consultant will prioritize tasks and manage multiple ad-hoc projects in all dimensions of this function. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education: To be minimally qualified for this role, a candidate must have: • 2-4 years of HR experience in a variety of HR disciplines. • Strong project management experience. • Strong analytical skills - experience gathering, organizing, analyzing and presenting large amounts of data • Experience in client management model, partnering with teammates and integrating the tools and processes required to meet the needs of the business.
