Develops and executes tactical plans at the business unit level to achieve strategic objectives. May consult with HR Executives and HR Managers in the development of these tactical plans. Position Overview: Global Banking & Markets serves large corporate and institutional clients worldwide. It consists of Global Corporate & Investment Banking and Global Markets (Sales and Trading). Aligned with these client-facing groups are Global Capital Markets and Global Research. There are approximately 13,000 associates in these businesses globally. Global Corporate & Investment Banking (GCIB) focuses on building long-term relationships with more than 3,000 large U.S. and multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors, by providing strong advisory expertise and capitalizing on powerful M&A, corporate banking, treasury, debt and equity product expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions. Global Markets delivers a wide range of securities products and services, powerful sales and trading capabilities and deep risk management expertise across asset classes. Closely aligned with GCIB's client-managed groups, Global Markets product spets anticipate and meet the needs of more than 3,000 institutional investors and 7,000 issuer clients. Key Responsibilities: The HR Consultant must be a demonstrated self-starter with an excellent track record of success in his/her current environment. The HR Consultant must also be a strong, decisive, results-oriented professional who can develop and manage relationships across the business with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge. The HR Consultant will partner with broader HR team resources to successfully execute and act as project lead on HR initiatives related to Employee Relations, Management Development, Progressive Discipline, Performance Management, and Diversity & Inclusion. The HR Consultant will prioritize tasks and manage multiple ad-hoc projects in all dimensions of this function. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education: To be minimally qualified for this role, a candidate must have: 2-4 years of HR experience in a variety of HR disciplines.
