1. Congress is responsible for the establishment of OSHA standards. It is the employer’s responsibility to comply and provide the OSHA training to its employees if necessary. Once the organization has a health and safety policy in place, then this information should be public knowledge to all of its employees. (osha.gov) 2. There is an alternative for the employer in the even they are not able to meet the OSHA standards. If the employer wishes to utilize another agreement then they can file an appeal with OSHA to change requirements of a certain standard provided. (osha.gov) 3. Even though the employees are requesting such accommodations it is the responsibility of the company to provide a better work environment. I would advise the firm to find alternatives to the demands of the employees, offer better accommodations without all of the bells and whistles to help make for a better work environment. I would also suggest giving the employees in this department
