Employees are usually not motivated by the paycheck, but it’s the perks that go along with the paycheck. Paid and catered lunches can show that the company cares for the employees well being and appreciate all of the hard work. For me the company that I work for has a descent perk package, from discounts at hundreds of locations, to 100% tuition reimbursement if the area of study is related to your current job or a future job within the organization. Also, they offer flex time to manage family and work, and child care reimbursement to assist with high child care expenses. 2.
