Club IT part III On a mission to offer live music, Dj’s dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle. Ruben Keys and Lisa Tijada are the proprietors of the new up-and-social hot spot in the center of downtown called Club IT. I had the indulgence of visiting Club IT and enjoying live music, magnificent food in an exciting and friendly atmosphere as an intern to the owners. Avid music lovers Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada after obtaining degrees in Business Administration in 2005 realized their dream of club ownership. Both Ruben Keys and Lisa Tejada are ardent about music as they are both musicians, Ruben Keys plays the drums and Lisa Tejada plays the violin. Club IT has a diverse clientele base encompassing music lovers of all ages, single adults, young, and older couples, local professionals, and students (Rainer Jr. & Turban, 2009). Ruben Keys and Lisa Tijada wanted to create a place that people could enjoy to get together and have a great time. They invite all to come and enjoy the vibes of different styles of music from hip-hop all the way back to music from the 40s. This venue is based upon all staff members, products (food and beverages) served, and the clientele. Each staff member, including owners, ensure a satisfactory time during each visit to the club or website. Club IT staff consists of one assistant manager, four bartenders, six wait staff, two stewards, four security members, and two short order cooks. Each staff member maintains certain areas within a business to encourage more visits to the venue. The most interaction a client has with staff is the wait staff and bartenders. These members must be qualified to handle several tasks at once while possessing a great attitude shining through. Remaining approachable is the best way to get recommendations. Therefore, if the two most important areas are well maintained, attentive, and friendly, there is plenty of
