Unformatted text preview: WAYNE STATE UNIVERSITY/UNIVERSITY OF WINDSOR WINDSOR → WAYNE EXCHANGE AGREEMENT FORM AGREEMENT • Undergraduate students may take a maximum of three courses, and Graduate students may take a maximum of two courses over the duration of their entire degree program. Students will register and pay tuition fees to the University of Windsor. • Any course taken at Wayne State University must be one that is NEVER offered at the University of Windsor. No exceptions to this rule will be granted. If the course is or has been offered at the University of Windsor, then you do not qualify for this agreement, rather you may apply for a “Letter of Permission”. • Upon completion of the course and receipt of an official transcript from Wayne State University, final grades will be posted to the University of Windsor transcript. PROCEDURE 1. Each student must speak with and obtain the written approval of their Department Head (or delegate), to ensure the requested course is approved for their program of study.
