Organization There is not defined organizational structure in our case. In the early of case, it seems like a beucratic organization structure. However, the project involved many area which is unable to manage by this organization structure and the project manager is restricted by the functional manager (at least on the personnel) The case looks like divisionalised project structure because people within the organization are working on their own area (e.g. . Pet project) with no maximizing the efficiency.
