At that time he studied art, and he is known for his blue period from 1901-1904. Which was stimulated by his exposure to life and thought in Paris? He was considered one of the most knowledgeable artists ever. He was a sculptor and printmaker in his time at Barcelona. Unformatted text preview: married. In 1918, Picasso married a young Russian dancer named Olga Koklova. She modeled for him, and he painted a piece called women in an arm chair . Picasso had a good life with much success and happiness along with it, he had his down points. He had many themes that went along with his paintings, like for instance Ovid's Metamorphoses which was a theme of a theater. Picasso died at the late age of 92. He died in Mougins on April 8, 1973. He did not die in vain though; he died as one of the worlds most prestigious writers in history. Still today his paintings are spread throughout the earth and still today he is remembered....
