The three main categories of change consist of, Structure, Technology, and People. These are  all pretty easy to understand. Structure can be a management shift, job redesign etc. When a  company shifts their management team, for example rolling a manager to a director position, so that  people may move up beneath them, in a effort to promote people and get a new perspective in said  position.  Technology can be implementing a knew computing system, accounting system, processes or  methods. In all industries, the companies have accounting systems. When a company grows and  makes more money, or has bigger contracts, sometime they need to roll out a more robust  accounting system. People, in this category do not have to do with structure. This one is about the actual  individual, his or her mannerisms. Under people in this category we have, Attitudes, behavior, and  expectations.  2. In a short essay, discuss how Machiavellianism, self-esteem, and self-monitoring can help explain
