Ron_W3A3 Final Process Paragraph I will tell you how to careful preparation and make mouth watering smoked barbecue. The first step of making smoked barbecue would be to get two Boston butts. The next step would be to rub some organic olive oil on the Boston butts then rub them with some butt rub (seasoning) this is a dry rub that has salt, black pepper dried onion powder, garlic, paprika, and chipotle powder. Let them set for few hours at room temperature. While the butts are setting you should get your smoker up to temperate it should be around 200 -220 degrees Fahrenheit. While your smoker is getting up to temperate you should soak your hickory wood chucks for a half an hour. Finally put the Boston butts on the smoker and let them smoke for at least 8 -10 hours maybe longer depending on the size of your Boston Butts. You will need to add hickory wood about ever hour for the first 4 hours; if you want a heavier smoke flavor then you can add the wood the full 8-10

I put this on as Im pulling the meat a part. You can also drizzle the sauce on during the cooking process to add more of a vinegar flavor if you would like.
