Required Materials Text: Biology: Life on Earth; ISBN 0-13-100506-5 Turning Technologies in-class response keypad (clicker) – Can be purchased at the Union Bookstore MOODLE From your PAWS account, under Student Services, you will be able to access MOODLE for this section. I will use MOODLE to post quizzes and other assignments. Be sure to regularly check this page. I will also use MOODLE to post all grades. You should be able to view your grades at any time during the semester. If you are having trouble accessing MOODLE, call 578-0100 or go to the Frey Computing Services Building. They should be able to clear up any problems. Classroom Conduct Students are expected to abide by the Code of Student Conduct in the LSU Student Handbook. Violations will be referred the Office of the Dean of Students. Please be courteous to me and to the students around you by keeping private conversations during class to a minimum. Any student who causes a disruption in class by talking excessively will be asked to leave. You will need to turn off all portable electronic devices that may cause a disruption in class (e.g., cell phones, beepers, pagers, games, PDAs, etc).
